POLICIES: Reservation deposit is 3 night stay The balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival CANCELLATIONS: $300 fee for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Entire fee forfeit for cancellations within 30 days of arrival unless we can re-rent. Then we refund on a pro-rata basis less the $300 cancellation fee.
